Bill Musgrave is the President and CEO of McMillan Electric. Building on 35 years of industry experience, his vision and decisive leadership have brought the company to the forefront of electrical contracting, design, and engineering.

David Auch is a Vice-President and Principal. With more than 30 years of experience, he has earned his exceptional reputation in our industry through his consistent attention to detail, dedication to customer service and deep passion for our work.

A skilled estimator and project manager, David’s depth of knowledge and trusted leadership has enabled McMillan Electric to successfully deliver on both larger scale and one-of-a-kind projects. Always attuned to client needs, David has played a key role in the company’s exponential growth over the last decade.

David earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico and is a member of the San Francisco Electrical Contractor Association.

Ryan Mahoney is a Vice-President and Principal. In his tenure in the industry, he has demonstrated his innate leadership with a focus on continuous development. Before joining McMillan Electric, Ryan gained diverse experience in roles from General Contractor to a Developer with international presence.

Ryan incorporates his background and perspective on the evolution of our industry as he stays up to date with the latest technologies and processes, allowing us to continually exceed customer expectations and deliver a leading-edge product.

His dedication to team-oriented success and execution excellence provides Ryan with an invaluable overview for our recruiting, mentoring, and training. His collaborative approach ensures our values and vision for the future of McMillan Electric is reflected in everyone who joins our team.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is a member of several organizations including the United States Green Building Council, SFECA Voice Data Video Committee member and is an active participant in BOMA San Francisco.

Michael McAlister, Vice-President, brings more than 25 years of field, design project management and operations experience to his role. His extensive background covers high-rise, life science and bio-manufacturing, data center, and tenant improvement markets, giving him unique insight and perspective into our industry.

His in-depth experience has been integral in creating a client-focused operation, one that supports the breadth and success of our work. Michael’s understanding of the synergies between engineering, estimating, and execution management defines McMillan Electric’s unmatched technical expertise.

Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and holds his Electrical Construction, General Construction and Electrical Journeyman License. A LEED Accredited Professional, Michael is the author of Wiring Complete, published by Taunton Press.

William Bracco is the Chief Financial Officer. His more than 15 years of experience in accounting associated with engineering, manufacturing, and electrical transmission offers unparalleled insight and fiscal leadership.

Overseeing McMillan’s financial strategy, he defines the processes that drive our stability. A hallmark of our operations is financial accountability. Drawing on his deep knowledge of the industry, William is in constant contact with our project managers, providing an added lens on a project’s bottom line. His incomparable attention to detail is a key component of our customer service principles and helps solidify our renowned reputation for client satisfaction.

William holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University (2004) and is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), California Board of Accountancy and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), American Institute of CPA’s. Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America (Alumni).
