Provided phase-1 installation of a scheduled 16 phase campus environment "Structured Cabling Overhaul" for McGraw Hill’s Monterey facility. • Designed and built cabling infrastructure consisting of

center build-out, backbone fiber/copper cabling, server resource
ties, rack/runway design & high speed data connections. • Multi-pair copper trunk/PBX ties. • Provided "Universal" category-6 Avaya/Systimax
cabling solution for approximately 300 workstations. • Provided color-coding and label identifier scheme for easy
facility management. • Provided final connections for all high speed data circuits. • Provided around the clock labor for cut-over services. • Provided fiber, data, voice patching to complete end to

Provided cable infrastructure for Brown & Toland’s new San Francisco based facility. The project space consisted of 140,000 square feet of new construction. As part of the construction team, McMillan Data Communications assisted in preliminary budgets, design and final installation consisting of the following: • Provided Panduit universal "Plug & Play"
connectivity solution for approximately 500 end users. • Installed 350,000 feet of high speed category-6 cable in a 4 week "rough-in schedule". • Designed, configured and built data center and three IDF
closets which included cabinet and rack installation, overhead ladderack,
patch panel configuration, complete system grounding and cabinet
resource ties. • Installated copper, DS-3 coax and fiber backbone applications. • Installed TV and A/V required cabling. • Provided certified test results, as-built documentation

McMillan Data Communications recently completed McKesson Corporation’s 15 floor re-stack project at One Post Street in San Francisco. We were directly under contract with McKesson in coordination with Skyline Partners. This MDC design & build project was, at the time, acknowledged as one of San Francisco’s largest tenant improvement projects. We designed the following cable infrastructure together with McKesson’s IT department: • Provided a Panduit/Belden high speed 350Mhz bonded connectivity solution. • Each floor consisted of approximately 100 end users (three cables per outlet). • Universal distribution in a modular jack panel was used for flexibility for voice and data applications. • Provided fiber backbone for data applications, copper backbone "multi-conductor" for voice/PBX capabilities and cat-5 backbone for data circuit interconnections. • Designed and built all telecom rooms including racks, runway, cable management and equipment grounding. • Provided system color-coding for all outlet identification and cable. • Provided design drawings and cable certification. Project Cabling Cost Approximately: $800,000.00
